LEADERSHIP
Starting in 2016, Ms. Ioana Lazarescu, P.E. assumed the position of the President and the Chief Executive Officer of InPipe Consultants. She is a licensed engineer in the State of Texas and brings over 20 years of industry experience in energy and infrastructure. Ms. Lazarescu also worked on several projects in European Union. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, both from the The University of Bucharest in Romania and an MS in Environmental Engineering from The University of Houston.
